Wash I.T. collects mobile telephone numbers and records of consent, opt-out status, NVR alert delivery attempts, and related operational event details for the Wash I.T. Alerts program.

How we use information

We use this information only to send requested, non-marketing NVR offline and restored-online alerts, administer recipients, troubleshoot delivery, maintain security, and meet legal or carrier requirements.

Mobile-information sharing

Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use service providers, including telecommunications providers, only to operate and deliver the requested alert service or when required by law.

Retention and security

We retain recipient configuration, consent, status history, and delivery records as reasonably necessary to operate and audit the service. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.
