Program description

Wash I.T. Alerts is an optional, non-marketing operational messaging program for authorized personnel monitoring customer video systems. It sends alerts when an NVR is confirmed offline and when it returns online.

Consent and eligibility

Recipients enroll by explicitly requesting alerts and providing their mobile number to an authorized Wash I.T. administrator. The administrator records consent before activating the recipient. Consent is not a condition of employment, service, or purchase.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to NVR status events. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, no further program messages will be sent unless the recipient enrolls again.
